Gakuen Scholarship

Zero X Gakuen will be operating a scholarship program for Web3 subculture artists.

We believe that we share the belief that Web3 will open new horizons for both subculture artists and consumers(i.e. us). Thus our vision is to lead the transition into Web3 in subculture space by supporting artists with their onboarding to Web3 space, regarding not only NFTs but also its innovative culture.

This is how it will work:

1. Every Monday: Genesis Members will propose 5 artists.
2. Monday - Friday: Every member will vote if the artist is eligible for scholarship.
3. Next Monday:
   1) Top 2 artist (who gets the most votes) will receive scholarship. (3rd vote artist will be listed as the next week scholarship candidate.)
   2) Genesis Members will propose 5 artists.
4. Next Monday - Friday: Every member will vote if the artist is eligible for scholarship.
   ~
5. This cycle will be repeated until our funds go to 0.

Condition on Scholarship-eligible artists:

• Every artist is eligible for Gakuen Scholarship.

Gakuen Scholarship will support artists by:

• Minting their never-minted art as NFT
• Buying that NFT with 0.5ETH (from community treasury)

In return, artist will support 0xGakuen by:

• Creating 2 Derivative art for ZXG holders (who voted for)
  • 1 for Genesis Member
  • 1 for Official Member

Scholarship will begin in August, 2022.
